My name is Sable and Im a student and a former pharmacy technician.

One of the most important things to know about me is that I love to program but also… I love to just exist and enjoy life.

Some of my favorite hobbies include riding bikes outdoors, going for hikes, watching movies on the couch, cooking, studying languages, and all around doing things that let me forget about life.

Another large part of my life is that I’m on the schizophrenia spectrum and well… I see and hear things. There will be a post in my blog about what my life has been like and what treatment has been like so far and I’ll continue to make new blog posts as things change and my life gets better and better.

I currently reside on the west coast of the United States where it’s nice and warm and sunny. I am going to school for computer science. I am also a self taught student of Arabic: classical, fus7a, and dialectic (Palestinian / Jordanian). I one day hope to be a software engineer and work in a company where I can enjoy what I do and make enough money to live comfortably and be able to afford my treatments and medications.

As one might guess from my study of classical Arabic I am a muslim, I do not wear a hijab all the time but sometimes I do when I am feeling extra religious that day in particular. I am not like most muslims, I am not only muslim but I am gay, transgender, and all around not a stereotype of muslims. This gets me a lot of hate from the muslim community but I refuse to live my life hiding away from who I truly am (expect to see blog posts on my hot takes about my life and my faith).
